These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and H2M88 ("H2M88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible athttps://h2m88.cam. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the H2M88 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://h2m88.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant promotional offer.
• "Real-Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency equivalent, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds (or a combination of deposit and bonus, as specified per promotion) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by H2M88 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Operator" means H2M88, the entity responsible for the operation and management of the Platform.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the H2M88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of H2M88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by H2M88 or any other gambling platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform.

H2M88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Real-Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following satisfactory verification.

Each Player is permitted to holdone (1) Account only on the H2M88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. All information must be accurate and match the details on your official government-issued identification document. H2M88 will use these details for identity verification, payment processing, and communications.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised it;
• Notifying H2M88 immediately via live support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the H2M88 Platform, you agree to the following conduct standards and usage restrictions:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity designed to exploit technical errors or gain an unfair advantage.
• You will not attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform or interfere with its technical infrastructure.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are wagering funds that you can afford to lose.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow another individual to use your Account.

H2M88 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitors accounts for unusual betting patterns, irregular deposit and withdrawal behaviour, and other indicators of abuse. Accounts found to be in breach of these usage terms will be suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently closed with all associated Bonus Funds forfeited.

H2M88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfer from participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and BNB.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 for e-wallet methods; MYR 50 for bank transfers; equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Processing time: E-wallet and DuitNow/FPX deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers are credited within 5–10 minutes subject to bank processing. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations.
• Deposit fees: H2M88 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers or network fees may apply and are the Player's responsibility.
• Currency: All deposits are processed and held in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at time of credit.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. H2M88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or mismatched accounts may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC identity verification (first withdrawal only — a one-time requirement).
• The Player's Account must be in good standing, with no active disputes, fraud flags, or pending investigations.
• Any active Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements must have those requirements fully met before the bonus portion of the balance can be withdrawn.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit for the Player's account tier.

Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank are processed within 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 to 60 minutes subject to network confirmation times.

H2M88 applies a standard withdrawal policy requiring that withdrawals be paid to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. This anti-moneylaundering measure is in addition to KYC requirements and is non-negotiable.

H2M88 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and loyalty tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed on the relevant offer page:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Bonus Funds and associated winings cannot be withdrawn until the stated Wagering Requirement is fully satisfied.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward the Wagering Requirement. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Time Limits: Each promotion carries a validity period within which the Wagering Requirement must be met. Failure to meet the requirement within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings derived from them.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Maximum Bonus Win: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be won from Bonus Funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be disclosed on the promotion page.

H2M88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify players from promotions where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other fraudulent activity is identified.

All betting and gaming activities on the H2M88 Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to each product. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the Game Rules for a specific product, the Game Rules shall take precedence in relation to that product.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when an acknowledgement is received from the Platform's system. Bets placed during system outages or network interruptions may be void. Players are responsible for verifying that bets have been confirmed before assuming any position is open.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits may vary by market, game, and player account tier and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: H2M88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price or with eroneous market parameters (e.g., a market opened in error, a price posted due to a technical fault). In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the Player's Account.
• Results: Sports betting results are determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. Live dealer and slot game results are determined by the certified RNG system of the relevant game studio.
• Disputes: Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. H2M88's decision on all bet settlement disputes is final and binding, subject to the complaint resolution process set out in Clause 14.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period of 24 to 72 hours.

• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the Player's session duration and net gaming position are available.

All content on the H2M88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of H2M88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, title, or interest in the Platform or its content is granted to the Player.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any content on the Platform — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of H2M88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, H2M88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

H2M88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, and circumstances beyond H2M88's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or certain services.

In all circumstances, H2M88's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

H2M88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age and identity verification;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 5(Terms of Use);
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider;
• Regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement instruction;
• Non-use of the Account for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon permanent account closure, Real-Money Funds held in the Account will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on record, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no funds are subject to dispute or investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting H2M88 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5business days.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which H2M88 holds its international online gaming licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through H2M88's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute by arbitration.

H2M88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Where advance notice is given, continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they may request account closure pursuant to Clause 13 before the effective date.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of their current rights and obligations.
